The challenge: ATB came to us to partner with them in an organizational design initiative that would allow their marketing and product organizations to collaborate more effectively together and create more impactful work.

The work: After conducting a current state assessment, we did a gap analysis and built out a future state org design for the internal agency team. A robust analysis of work intake allowed us to make optimizations for a more meaningful prioritization and delivery framework; accompanied by an agile coaching engagement to ensure that agile principles were embedded and championed across the organization.

The results: The internal agency team went from 100s of sporadic briefs to intaking and managing work using 5 strategic pillars aligned across the organization. Agile principles allowed teams to optimize budgets by 17%.
