The challenge: When we re-organized from a regional to a global organization, many processes and tools created at the regional level were no longer serving a global organization.
The work: After interviewing various teams across the organization, we built and rolled out a global Ways Of Working playbook that standardized how we scope, plan, and deliver work while also accounting for cultural nuances and multiple time zones across the world. We then audited existing tools and based on those findings, did a phased transition of global teams to the Coda platform. Coda allowed for a single source of truth for project documentation and team collaboration, saving time and streamlining decisions so teams can focus on what matters - innovation for our clients.
The results: 30% growth in organic business based on delivery excellence and an average team savings of 4 hours per week.
