I’ve held leadership roles at Huge Inc., Publicis Sapient, and Critical Mass, and grown my career by helping clients and teams optimize the way they communicate and work to drive better business outcomes.

I have spearheaded marketing, product and service design, and digital transformation delivery, managing portfolios with a P&L responsibility of up to $70M. I am lucky to have partnered with ambitious clients such as Audi, Citibank, Four Seasons, Google, Sinai Health, TD Bank, Telus, Verizon, Westjet, and many others across public and private sectors.

I am passionate about making and refining processes to accelerate the progress of creative and technical teams. I have managed Learning & Development for a global PMO of 150 talented humans, drafted delivery playbooks for a variety of teams & problem sets, and am myself a lifelong learner who is continuously pushing out of her comfort zone to grow.

My passions

Giving back to the community is a core value of mine, and I actively seek out opportunities to contribute. I am currently a volunteer with ADPList, Second Harvest, and the PAIL Network. 

Outside of my volunteer commitments, I am an improv performer at The Second City, and a student at the George Brown Continuing Education Chef School.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, gardening, and running, and I am learning to play pickleball. I have run a sub 4-hour marathon and always welcome new challenges to push myself further.
